AOHI The Future PRO Cable Set Review 2026: Is This 240W USB4 Kit Worth $79.99?

Universal charging cable claims rarely survive contact with real specs, so I went straight to AOHI's actual iAOHI listing for The Future PRO Creative Power Cable Set — including its 67 verified reviews — to see whether the 240W and 40Gbps numbers hold up.

What Is The Future PRO Cable Set?

The Future PRO Creative Power Cable Set is AOHI's fully customizable USB-C cable kit, built around 240W high-power charging, 40Gbps data transfer, and 8K@60Hz video output. It's currently listed at $79.99 (50% off the $159.99 regular price), with a $10 off code (10DOFF) stacking on top, and carries 67 customer reviews.

240W Charging, 40Gbps Data

The set is built on USB Power Delivery 3.2, capable of pushing up to 240W at 48V/5A — AOHI states this charges a MacBook Pro 16" from 0 to 56% in just 30 minutes. The short USB4 cable specifically is rated for 40Gbps data transfer and 8K@60Hz video, and is compatible with Thunderbolt 4/3 devices.

Four Cables, One Kit

Rather than a single cable, the set bundles 2× 0.33ft USB-C to USB-C short cables (one of which is the 40Gbps USB4 cable), 1× 2.6ft extension cable, and 1× 5.6ft spring cable — covering everything from a handheld device 10cm away to a setup 2.6 meters distant. Everything ships in a gift box with a user manual and a capsule storage case.

3-Stage Charging Status Indicator

An E-Marker smart chip drives a color-coded charging status indicator, letting you glance at the cable and instantly tell whether a device is charging slowly, consistently, or at full speed — a small but genuinely useful safety and convenience feature not found on most bundled cable kits.

Universal Compatibility

Every cable in the set is USB-C to USB-C and worldwide-compatible, charging phones (including the latest iPhone 17 series via USB-C), laptops, and other USB-C devices. AOHI positions it as an all-purpose kit for home, office, camping, or car use rather than a single-device accessory.

Pros and Cons

What stands out:

• 240W PD3.2 charging with genuinely fast real-world results (0-56% on a MacBook Pro 16" in 30 minutes, per AOHI)
• 40Gbps USB4 data transfer and 8K@60Hz video on the short cable, with Thunderbolt 4/3 compatibility
• Four cables of different lengths in one kit, covering handheld to 2.6-meter setups
• E-Marker smart chip with color-coded charging status indicator
• 18-month warranty, gift box packaging, and a 67-review track record

Worth knowing:

• Only the short USB4 cable reaches the full 40Gbps/8K spec — the longer cables are charge-focused, not full-bandwidth data cables
• 240W output requires a compatible charger and device to actually reach peak charging speed
• As a multi-cable kit, it costs more upfront than a single charging cable, even at the discounted price

Final Verdict

For anyone tired of buying separate cables for charging, data, and video, The Future PRO Cable Set's combination of 240W charging, 40Gbps USB4 data, and a genuinely useful 4-cable kit — backed by a 67-review track record and an 18-month warranty — makes it a practical one-purchase solution.
